Printing Technics

Pad printing

Pad printing is a printing technique that involves using a silicone pad. The silicone Tampon freezes the form to reproduce and registered with the article to be printed.

This versatile printing technology can print up to 4 colors on almost all kinds of shapes and materials.

The cost of pad printing mainly depends on the number of colors to print but also the type of support and the number of pieces to print.

Doming

Doming is a process used to create a 3D version of the logo by applying a transparent resin on a digital printing.

This printing technique allows printing of multicolored visuals, creates a nice three dimensional effect and a great resistance to fading.

The cost of doming depends on the printing surface and the number of pieces to be printed.

Laser engraving

Laser engraving is performed with a laser beam to precisely etch the logo on a surface.

Due to the high temperature of the finely focused laser beam, this causes an indelible marking modification of the structure of the labeled material.

The use of colors is not possible with this technic. The final color will be determined by the material in which is made the object.

Very elegant and discreet, laser engraving enhances the "perceived value" of the object.

The cost of laser engraving marking depends on the surface and the number of parts to burn.

Debossing

Debossing is a printing technique in which the logo is pressed against the object by means of a relief plate. The relief is thus embedded in the object.

This personalization technique applies only on flat surfaces, is unchanged over time and provides a prestigious effect to the object.

The cost of debossing depends on the marking surface and the number of parts to deboss.

Embossing

The logo is pressed against the object selected by using a relief plate. The relief is thus transferred to the product. This process is unalterable in time and gives prestigious effect to your brand and object. Specially used on flat surfaces: calendar cover, leather or imitation leather...

Embossing as laser engraving is not possible in color.

Digital printing

Digital printing is a printing technique in which the design is digitally printed directly on the object.

This technique is ideal for printing photos and multicolored logos.

The cost of digital printing depends on the complexity of the visual, the print size and number of pieces to print.

Ceramic sublimation

Ceramic sublimation is a personalization technique used in ceramics and enabling digital printing high quality similar to the one of a picture.

This technique is ideal for printing photos and multicolored logos.

The cost of sublimation is dependent on the print size and the number of pieces to be printed.

IML

Injection IML (In-Mold Labelling) is a customization process used for certain plastic articles (lunch boxes, cups, ...) producing containers with pre-printed polypropylene labels. The label is part of the final product because it is built into the mold before injection.

This technique is ideal for printing pictures and multicolored logos.

IML produces better results than other methods of decoration, allows washing in the dishwasher and guarantees a high resistance to successive washing.

The cost of IML depends on the printing area and the number of pieces to print.
